CPS-DHS does not want you to know this information.

So many parents have made the mistake of trusting the system, I know from personal experience. Parents give up because it is very exhausting and that is exactly what social services wants you to do, but the only option that you have to to keep fighting. Parents that have been falsely accused feel as if they can not win, but you can you need to stay strong for your children and make sure they know that you are fighting for them. Advocates all over can not stress enough to get people to learn everything they can that will help. Fear of losing your children is the one reason people stop fighting, because if they continue they will lose there children into the system. that is not tru and people need to know that but Parents need to know that the process should begin as soon as it happens and not later it makes it harder as time goes by. good for you, see there needs to be more parents out there that stand up and Tell the department where to go. The department will never come to your house with an order because they have to have evidence to have a judge sign a removal order and the last thing they do not want to do is piss a judge off, they will come to your house on Fridays because it gives them that much longer to work on allegations that are not true, and most of them will try to use a cop but without a warrant well u know

I have my older son out of the system but he did that by himself and played the system until he got what he wanted and that included running away, the other ones are still in the system and we are still dealing with lies and coverups

we are still fighting, we were relocated to protect our children from the predator that molested our kids and the social worker here in the state we moved spilled information of our where about and then turned the situation around on us and tried saying my husband had been the molester when we have the case file on the guy we reported and even when we submitted evidence that they were wrong it was over looked or should I say ignored

A child taken from a parent that does not deserve it is equal to that as a death sentence, except we do not serve our sentences behind bars and we share no similarities to criminals, but the emotions that we suffer because of that is sometime so painful that some do not recover and ofter become sick and some have eventually dies because of never being able to recover. what we need to do is try and continue Nancy Shaffer's work through each story,

My mother caught me smoking pot in MY backyard when my son was about 5 months old. My husband died a month earlier. My mom called the CPS on me and they were at my door for two weeks. I told the CPS worker who seemed hell bent on taking my baby, that I was within my rights to refuse her access to my son, my home and me and if she wanted to come into my home and felt that she had a legitimate reason, to go get a court order. I never heard from them again.

This seems to be a common problem on both sides of the Atlantic. Why is it that CPS Departments ignore and violate the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and US and European Conventions on Human Rights? In Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, in Strasbourg, upholds human rights. Surely there is an equivalent court in the USA. Use them! Governments hate them, but have to obey their rulings. Fight for what is right.
