AT THE GORELESQUE BALL,

A halloween themed 'burlesque show'
At the Theatre Restaurant Sunderland,
Presented by 'The Coquette Collective',
Is about to take place in two hours time.

Fable and Joey meet greet
And entertain the arrivals with:
Feats of illusion and dazzlement.
Stunning fire performances.


Joey Diabolo-De Smart-Guy is:

A wizard of the Flaming Nunchucks.
A wizard with three fiery clubs.
A wizard in street clothing.
A wizard with a Staff.
A Peaceful Warrior.

Fable Goodman is:

A storyteller,
A Peaceful Warrior.
A wizard with a Wand.
A wizard of The Fire Snakes.
A fairly accurate Knife Thrower.
A wizard weilding The Whip of Fire.
A wizard in Gold and Black Sequins.
A wizard with the Fiery Wheel Of Death,




The Crowd are:

Under the spell...

Expecting to:

See a good show,
Enjoy a great meal
with friends,

Joey amazes the full house,

With his:

Masterful Dexterity.
Co-ordination.
Strength.
Balance.
Grace.


Fable acting in the role
of a stage hand.
in a white coat,
sweeps the stage
with a broom.
It looks like,
Just any old broom.
That you might buy in Wilkinsons.
But he clearly knows how use it.
Clockwise should work fine,
On this occassion.

The Audience:

Are eating their first course.
Mesmerised.

It tastes delicious.

They are fully expecting a great evening.

All except one table..
Where the last guest to arrive
Is delayed.

The Table Guests:

Faces and bodies,
Visibly relax
As he finally arrives,

Is shown him to his seat,
His first course has been kept warm.

The rest of the audience sees
The relief on the table's guests' faces.

The Audience:

Empathise with each other,

The Whole Audience,

Visibly Relax.
Expect a great evening.

The spell is cast,
The broom goes backstage.

At the Gorelesque Ball,
It is nine o'clock

A 'The Coquette Collective', are nearly ready to start the performance.

Fable and Joey, have withdrawn to their dressing room
Curtain up! Light the lights...

Jack the ripper...
Later in the show:

A black light Ghost and Skeleton routine.
A Mad Scientist routine
And the Grand Finale...
The Time Warp
