I play skyrim.

And to all of those saying that Skyrim is apparently difficult (or it seems that people claim it is difficult)

I'd like to point out that Dark Souls is known to be among, if not, the most unforgiving games in 2011. When it comes to difficulty: Skyrim is a walk in the park compared to what i've heard about Dark Souls.

Now that we've got that out of the way. Could people please stop swearing at each other like 10 year old kids? Not really amusing to read...

This is one of the hardest, and greatest games of 2011.

Skyrim is beyond easy compared to Demons souls, and Dark souls even on the hardest difficulty.

Skyrim is Quantity > Quality: it has great story and environments, but quite an abysmal combat system and gameplay (note that it can be improved somewhat with mods and a decent PC)

Dark Souls is Quality > Quantity: The lore is subtle and brilliant, the world is immersive and nothing i've experienced in gaming gives the feeling of satisfaction you get from overcoming the obstacles in this game. It's everything i think a video game should be in terms of difficulty and gameplay. My GOTY 2011.

The music in this game are truly breath taking.. finished the game 2,9 times now(i only need to kill four kings and gwyn), with over 100 hours played.. this is my fav game.

lol, you can't compared the two . but from experience from both games .. dark souls is way harder but can turn into very rewarding. but i love both games.

@1Kapuchu100 yeah its like comparing castlevania(original) with castlevania simphony of the night, ones hard because you have to use your cunning and problem-solving skills the other is hard because you have to level-up at first and then it becomes easy. not saying that skyrim sucks I have both skyrim and dark souls but its what I think when comparing the two :3

Skyrim is a game where you can run around and find fun things to do

Dark souls is a game where the fun thing to do is kill a boss that can one hit kill you

I speak from experience im 30hrs into the game and im barely level 44 >_>
