If you want to resolve to get healthier and feel better, drink more water. I can't believe how many people I come across that drink diet sodas all day long as if it were water. Well, it's not, and water is very important to regulate your body's temperature, transport nutrients, remove waste, and it makes your skin glow with radiance. Often times when people are dehydrated, they think they are hungry which causes them to eat more. Dehydration is also a major cause of headaches and constipation. So, substitute your normal non water drinks with water, carry a bottle of water with you when you can, don't put it in plastic that contains BPA, and invest in a good filter.
