Neighbor From Hell: Part 2

Our neighbor was actually civil when we brought out the camcorder. In this video he is mad that we were working on a shared fence between our places and claimed that we had left a hole in it where his dogs could get out. Trouble is - he had ANOTHER yard that was fenced where he kept his dogs. He just wanted to go at us again. This is one of the last times we spoke to him. About two weeks later we stopped communicating - it did not good at all - and we just silently endured him for 2.5 more years (while taking him to court for violation of the restraining order we had against him.)
