It's impossible to get a six pack from stomach exercises unless you have a low bodyfat percentage.

This is shit..
you cannot get that kind of abs with just training... you have to be very low on fat to get a really visible six pack.. its rather easy to build up muscle.. but the work it takes is far more advanced than just a pair of simple workouts..
get low on fat.. get a diet.. work that belly.. and then you will see the real deal ..
