Interestingly enough, this video keeps being removed off of Nico Nico Douga so it's getting harder and harder to find. The reason being for it's removal is because of Studio Ghibli's request due to copyrighted material from the new Miyazaki movie that has yet to be released outside Japan. If you want to blame anybody, blame Miyazaki :D
