  • i bought the graphic novel and thought it was an amazing collaboration between frank and jim but im just wondering whats happening next wheres volume 2?

  • It's absolutely beyond me how anyone can like Grant Morrison's Batman more than this one.

  • @MarlonOwnsYourCake @stewman234 What I like about it, is it takes a new look at what Batman and the things in his world would be like and how he might have to be mentally to do the things he does and it has its own sort of self-aware poking fun at traditional comic book elements and established cannon. what's possibly best aside from the places the story goes, is the fact that underneath every out-of-character action are the same deep-rooted drives and passions as what would be "true bat-north"

  • @stewma234 I think it's great too, but I can definitely see why people don't like it. I think it's mostly because people don't have much of a sense of humor or flexibility of interpretation when it comes to their comics, especially after everything that happened to batman in the 90s. And this Batman isn't exactly traditional, he laughs all the time, he's fairly immature, he's cruel, and, frankly, psychotic. Plus, a lot of things that happen and are said are completely ridiculous.

  • why would someone dislike this? just why?

  • can you believe this guy originally started out trying to be a doctor? (or some medical profession) haha how'd he end up doing comics and becoming one of, if not, THE BEST in the whole damn industry??

  • The gap between All-Star Batman and Robin #4 and #5 was one year.

So I like how he said he was way ahead of schedule...It wasn't Jim's fault

  • such talent...has he ever done all the steps to a finished product, sketch, ink and color...doesn't matter, he's a great artist either way

  • my new God
