@AceyBlade You are one of those guys who keeps commenting on other dancers performances.

they are like the husband and wife STOKKEBROE's,,,they are not adorable if you're not a fan..but technically they are superb....

@CDAFishboy I think their dancing is closer to Serena/Tornsberg than Bryan/Carmen. IMB, dancing is an expression of feelings first and technique second. whether jukka/sirpa or michael/joanna is better is like comparing apple to oranges. they don't dance at the same period in time; back then, it was more earthy and it is more athletic now. they have different partners and they can't have the choreography. joanna is petite compare to sirpa. jukka can't possible do as many lifts as michael can.

Slam5. Disagree abotu Slavik and Karina/ Joanna and Michael. Slavik and Karina had plenty of Latin in their dance. Joanna is all about spins and speed. I do admit Michael has excellant Latin technique.
This dance by Jukka and Sirpa does have about as good a mix of musicality of any Cha Cha I have seen. Not as eye catching for me as Serena/Tornberg and Brian/Carmen of the same era, but deserving a spot in the WSSDF showcases.
People commenting dancers on appearance are generally shallow, most likely jealous and know zilch about dancing.

I like them because they have something call musicality. That is dancing to the music. IMO, Slavic/Karina etc.. Dance a much more athletic brand of latin. Very eye catching but not very latin, imo. after all, latin american dancing is not gymnastic dancing. cha cha cha is a very cheeky dance, suppose to be flirting between a man and a woman. I think musicality is coming back. just look at Joanna and Michael. they combine a lot of athletism with good interpetation of music.
