I was on the USA national optimist team this year, now im sailing 420's for my club, i've done bemis and finished top 4 and junior oly. top 4 same site, and one of my team mates went to nationals but did kind of really bad.

dude i agree with you, i've been sailing since i was 5. 5-13 in optis and 13-17 in 420s. I went to nationals and I will hopefully move onto the 470s if i am able to go to worlds.

racing is fun for some people for me it's super fun, but other people enjoy cruising in that case i agree stick one boat.

Ok that clarifies something:) concerning racing you are probably right. when "having a blast" is the most important to one i however am not convinced:)

im refering to you, liek i said before Im a very serious sailer Im at bemis in wayzata Minniesoda for Bemis qualifliers for the K dision 1/2 go to nationals.and i said all of that stuff explaining to you that I know what im talking about, it's like saying when you born you can get walk right away but you can't you slowy get to walk as you get older, so in sailing you slowly change boats and pratice and learn.

you are the stupidiest person I have ever met. you can't just decide that i'm going to sail a 470. I sailed Optimist til i was 13 I was on the us sailing team, and went to Optimist world championship I did amazing. as soon as I went into 420 I've been winning reggats getting 2nds at the age 13. My long life goal is to make the Us sailing team for the 470 mens and be ranked number 1 when i reach 25 years of age, Once i get to over 18 so 19 i can't sail 420 so I must move to 470.
