I'd say Casualty all the way, Holby City lacks the medical side, casualty consists of more medicine and medical terms.

The relationship between people are better e.g.

Nick Jordan + Adam Trueman

Adam Trueman + Jessica Harrison

Dixie + Jeff

i like holby but causlty for me is better because it has more blood and guts and storys and plot lines of the patients befor the go to A and E. and i love the people on casualty

I dont think either of them are that gd anymore, they both lack the medical side of things and dont really show much, theres only been a few really d storylines in both in the last couple of years. I gotta say ER out does them both and id rather Casualty or Holby got cut then ER
