  • If you have PCOS, which I do, you most likely are either sensitive to gluten or you have celiac disease. I have celiac disease and for about 20 years my only symptoms were PCOS and infertility. Get tested for celiac disease- that is the cure.

  • changing your lifestyle helps a lot..i.e. eating low GI food, lots of veggies and some fruit.stay away from white flour and sugar! The main cause for pcos is insulin resistance, so check if you have that.a great supplement is inositol, which is also found in some vegetables but we are often too careless to eat healthy so this works fine..also take a good natural source multivitamin; vitex, licorice, dong quai can lower androgen lvls, while dandelion clears the liver.

  • where can i fine help???

  • I really do appreciate you uploading this video... so my girlfriend told me she has pcos and I just thought it was something that diet and exercise and good rest would cure and i hope it does, however tonight she told me to research this pcos and i came across this video which gives me a more serious perspective on what she is going through, so thanks for the vid

  • (c) but I am trying to overcome that as well. I feel that if I were able to walk again, I would lose the weight much easier. I am on Spironolactone and Zarah for the hair, but it's only slowing it down as far as growing goes. Anyway...I hope everyone else with this disease is dealing with it better than I am. :)

  • I have PCOS and I have extreme hair problem. I grow it all over the sides of my face, neck, chin, and upper lip. And that's just on my face. I also grow it on my chest, stomach, back, and shoulders. It's effected so much of my life. I don't even leave the house most of the time and have to shave daily. I am also REALLY overweight but I am trying to lose it. It's just really hard...the worst part is, is that due to an operation 9 years ago due to my cerebral palsy, I can' no longer walk (c)

  • thank you for sharing, how are you now? please give us more advice.

  • @brookemirage95 They are doing that to me right now! but I'm jealous of the people in the UK because there they would probably get free help and maybe even free laser...but here, I can't because it costs so much. Also, everything that Boxtop 213 said about her symptoms are all I have and I'm having to drop classes in college because I'll sometimes double-over because the pain is random with the dizziness and headaches and fatigue :( I also just got my period after not havng it for 5-6 months :(

  • My docotors said the same to me. IT was making my mom so pissed that they wouldnt actually try to help or give us clear answers. Both my mom and aunt are nurses and told the doctor that they felt I had PCOS and they never listened. So my mom finally put her foot down, bitched to the doctors, and i turned out my mom and aunt were right and i have it. I am currently trying to lose the weight and im glad to FINALLY know why im hairy and so over weight.

    Thanks for the vid:)
