HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Attorneys for an embattled State Representative and his business partner get a little more than another month to wade through a mountain of documents before they pick a trial date. State Representative Peter Beck was in a Hamilton County courtroom Thursday along with business owner John Fussner. Seven attorneys including an assistant attorney general from Ohio explained to judge John Andrew West that they now have over 100,000 pages of documents that they're trying to go through. Beck and Fussner are facing a long list of securities fraud charges following a Local 12 investigation last November. They'll return to court in December and Local 12 will let you know what happens.
