My only sadness is that for gold scrap, I do scrap out old boards and stuff, but I try and keep the unique stuff, I'm a collector and some of this stuff is getting hard to find because the equipment is being destroyed for gold recovery. It's great to recycle, but there should be a few things kept for historical purposes.
