This abnominal aortic aneurysm was found when the subcostal view of echocardiography was performed for an old man. Abdominal aortic aneurysm also written as AAA and often pronounced "triple A',is a localized of abdominal aorta, that exceeds the normal diameter by more than 50%. The intraluminal thrombus is commonly found within AAA. Many people who have abdominal aortic aneurysm do not experience symptoms.When the aneurysm reaches approximately five (5) centimeters, it is at high risk for rupture.

  • Recently I have been feeling my pulse in my stomach its pretty strong and you can see it easilyif I lay down. I feel down there and theres a large knot ( atleast thatswhat it feels like) that hurts just a little if i press. its right at mybelly button, a little above, below and to the left i can feel the knot. could it be something like this???? Hmmm... Im on an aweful lot of lovonox as i get blood clots often, i have a greenfeild filter in though so i should be fine right?
