what sucks is the dam managers....giving time limits that most never reach....than fire u if r a 5 too long...the boxes are refurbished...erbody know it but the techs continue to get blamed...its not always the techs its the wack ass equipment so back off them...they jst trying to feed their families....they have no control over there work load so if they r late its only b/c dispatch sucks ass..cards have to be left...it just boils down to if iu dont work for the dam comp u dont know shyt..!

The service its self doesnt suck. the technicians them selves tend to suck.
im a uverse installer my self. i set up my own house and it hasnt gone out once in over 6 months (and when it did it was only 5 seconds).
and now that there pushing more work rather than more quality, the odds of finding a tech that cares is little to none. I get my work phone blown up all day and night from customers asking me to install their service but i simply cant do it all myself

Seems to a lot of these videos on here. I am so glad that when i order uverse the pothead that showed up here thre hours late said it could not be installed. It would be just one more thing from these assholes i woulod have to call them up on a daily to either trouble shoot over the phone. Or have when of their local techs show up here to repair it and then leave his card like some don Juan.

@claygorman FTTN is by no means "Retarded". Are you gonna pay to run fiber? It's the closest thing you will have to fiber for quite a few years. FiOS is rather unreliable anyways. Iffy broadband speeds.

@fatalblades Issues. Like. This. Are. Not. Regional. The HPNA failure rate is about 99% of the time the cause. get a tech out to check the diplexers and the barrels on the coax. Simple fix but can be a hassle to actually get fixed.
I'm thinking they released this product before it was time, before they worked out all the bugs because it's horrible service, and you'll be sorry if you order it!

Ah -- More unprofessionalism from At&t /Uverse. Empoyees have the nerve to come on here and complain about the customers, and tell us it's our fault and that we should learn how to use a TV!!! Geez -- what a stupid company At&T is.!!!! Techs have come out to my place 6 times and they were unable to fix the problem, so I know it's not my fault. AT&T just offers a crappy product that's all it is MsDiamond!!
