MG - I recently bought a Kala bass ukulele. Sounds great! Funny stretchy rubbery strings, built-in pickup. Plug it in and it I sound just like Ray Brown. Sort of. Next time Claire and I get together with you two, the men shall serenade the gals within an inch of their lives. I haven't a straw boater, but if you have a boat and some straw perhaps we could improvise.
