The ACES(sm) concept is to make available to casino customers an expert consultant (for a minimum of two hours) to teach any or all table games and betting strategies, including the racetrack and sport book. The experience is individualized and client driven. Although there is a segment of the population that prefers group activities like group travel, group skiing, even group shopping, there are many others who want individual personalized attention. To assure the highest level of service, no more than two customers will work with each consultant. There are no classroom lectures - learning occurs by watching and playing on live tables. Learning is an active process, and the lecture method tends to foster passiveness and instructor dependence. This fact is confirmed by numerous studies that show that individuals given lectures have roughly a 5% retention rate over a 24-hour period, but those actively engaged in the learning process have a much higher retention. A vivid, dramatic, or exciting learning experience teaches more than a routine or boring experience. Learning is best achieved when customers participate actively in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. FUN is the absolute priority and complete customer satisfaction is the only goal!
