  • I think John McCain should be PUT IN a home by 2011.

  • Look, permanent war is part of the Republican strategy to make the government dysfunctional.

  • We should stay longer--unless our budget can't handle our remaining in. We should not hand a moral victory to the Taliban. Further, there are valuable mines in Afghanistan. If the Taliban take control, they can gain control as well of the mines and use profit from that to finance terrorism.

  • Obama came out of nowhere in Illinois to become President of the most powerful nation on our planet. Now he destroys our native language (English) every time he speaks. I wish Trump would have asked for more than his birth-certificate . . . like his G.E.D. Obama is a DISGRACE to our nation's struggling educational system. He should be prevented from speaking to citizens of America until he learns the proper usage of what he calls his "native" language.

  • There should be a date but we should pull out ASAP. Because setting a date may just let terrorist go dormant.

  • well yeah....?

  • I think Mccain is simply discussing sound strategy. You can't publicly reveal everything that you're doing. That is not to say that I approve of this war or that we should stay even longer (yikes), but you can't tell them everything that you are going to do.

The way wars are fought, you have to estimate how determined your enemy is and outlast their breaking point. Hitler poured everything he had against the Russians, waiting and waiting for the breaking point that never came.

  • Does Cenk sound like someone who agrees with the Democrats?

He fucking hates what they're doing at the moment (Going further and further to the right), and so do almost all Liberals.

    The Democrats aren't Liberals anymore, they're pseudo-Liberal-Corporatists.

  • D. D. Eisenhower gave his fairwell address in which he warned of the military-industrial complex we have now gone beyond that and the government has been taken over and is now an active part of the controlling power structure the government isn't for the benefit of the people it is for the profit of the corporations thru their agents ( military and government )

  • WE ALSO BUILT MILITARY BASES WITH DEMOCRATS IN OFFICE BUT NOBODY TALKS ABOUT lT.

  • GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TlED

  • Excellent analogy!!! I don't even think that Bush even planned an exit strategy for his little "war". SMH.
