Reason I love this relationship?

It's real, anime is kinda known for its panty shots and Lesbian porn pretty much but this... The creater has heart... No other romance in Sailor Moon can even compare. Looooovve Neptune! I'm sick of seeing lesbianism turned into some fake, exposed, sex symbol. And as for the cousin thing, don't even get me started America. -_-

In the U.S they censor everything because of the Parents Board of Television or something like that, I don't know the title. But whatever they feel is too revealing or any of the text that is too inappropriate they'll make a demand/protest to have it removed or have it rewritten or drawn. I think it's stupid, Kids aren't dumb; they know how the world is somewhat, parents just want to make them arrogant.

I don't see why anyone would have a problem with this, Haruka and Michiru are my all-time favourite anime couple. You can see they truly care for each other. And you can really see the pain in Haruka's eyes when Michiru is getting attacked.

@holyangemon23 Well, it is possible like every impossible thing that happens in toons/anime... I think it's not right and not fair to censor an artwork, if this stuff is considered not suitable for children then don't air it in children's hours!!! In Italy not only the love between Uranus and Neptune was censored. Zoisite (season 1) and Fish'Eye (season 4) were dubbed by a female in order to make them straight and not gay. Words like 'die' and 'kill' were replaced and so on...

@ThisIsTheMusicTV Get over it, seriously. I don't see how you can explain to a little kid that transforming into the opposite gender is even possible. Some kids might even get confused. But of course, I'm saying it's 100 percent right to censor an artwork, but there is some reason behind it. And by the way, Italia is a great country. :)
