Pokémon: Lost Silver

On one hand, I am flattered at ALL the articles on the web that talk about this incarnation of Lost Silver: the playable version of the story. On the other hand, seeing at how inaccurately people continue to describe this game, I need to restate something:

THIS GAME IS NOT A ROM HACK. THIS GAME IS NOT A ROM. ITS JUST A GAME FOR YOUR COMPUTER.

Lost Silver is a game based off a creepypasta that has been circulating around the internet for some time now, and was set out to replicate the game in the story. After a little more than a month, the game "Lost Silver" is finally finished. Note that I am not the original author of the story, though I did work very hard on this game. As you can see, it is not a ROM hack, it is a homebrew game made in a program called Game Maker that I made in my spare time.

I played this and I found it highly disturbing that instead of Enemy Pikachu has fainted, it said enemy Pikachu has DIED. Wait, died? I do not remember any of my games saying this.....though one of the games I got when I was six had 999:59 minutes on it, all sixteen badges, and all three starters. Never any creepy things on it, aside from when it deleted itself mysteriously, and still deletes itself. Probably a hack like this game....a sick one, imo. Mine was Gold. R.I.P 2000-2012

Your old game batteries are eventually going to ran out of juice and stop taking care of your save file. The reason your save file got deleted and continues to get deleted is because your cartridge can't support it anymore.

It's silly to see how many things are blamed to hacks.. including running out of batteries. Your game is fine, just switch out the battery of the cartridge or get a new one!

I need some help with this file. Whenever I try to open it keeps saying "Please insert thelast disk of the Multi-Volume set and click ok to continue." I'm a computer noob and thus needs help.

this is only going to run on a modern windows machine. you'll be getting weird errors if you try to use windows 98, a mac, linux, or your graphic calculator.
