During the making of my documentary film "End of the Raaj", I asked the participants to list their favourite Anglo-indian food. This short film is about anglo-indian cuisine.
an anglo dish I remember is "maida surva " which was a meat dish with flour dumplings ..also another was junglee pulao - a pulao with meat and potatoes.
Ball curry, pepper water and Pish Pash. My three absolutey favourite dishes that Dad used to cook for me (obviously not all at the same time!). Its just not the same now Dad's gone. Thanks for the memories :)
