They mention Lincoln was Republican, but the Republicans of his time were the liberal ones and the Democrats of that time were the conservative ones.

@Mporor -- in modern times -- since 1930 there have been over 100 black members of the House of Representatives.
Only 2 have been Republicans because they tend to oppose programs to give them a hand up.

I would say that if the only reason someone voted for a candidate is based on a traits, such as race, sex, age, religion... and even political party then, yes I would have to question the voters critical thinking skills ; )
None of those fa...ctors or traits have anything to do with the candidates leadership skills,track record or ability to govern.

thank you for this video. Allen West is a gift. I am a simple blue collar worker, rarely donate to candidates. I will give a max campaign contribution if he is on the ticket in 2012. West for prez!
