    I Can't Believe THIS but, I actually BEAT Zuzana's time this morning with her aMAYzing ZWOW #14!! I completed 5 Rounds in 18:06 (using 15lbs Dumbells) and she 'got er done' in 18:22!! I am so proud of myself as it shows I am getting more and more fit! Hey, if this nearly 50 year old woman can do it (yeah, that's me!), then anyone can do THIS! Yahoooooo!!!

    If I eat clean and do these workouts everyday will I eventually get strong like her? Is this really all she does? 10-20 minutes a day?

    I only did 3 rounds because I did Zcut workout 9 before. This one was BRUTAL! I love the arm workouts because I got sad triceps. I will be doing this one again this week to make it through all 5 rounds!

    Well that sucked. 27:00. Not sure why so hard. Did the first three with 10s, then dropped to 5s/no weight on jump lunges. The good news is, it shouldn't be too hard to beat that next time!

    Before I started doing her workouts I could not do 1 push up or duck squats. On Day 4 I was able to do 10 push ups and my squats got lower. Day 6 I was able to do 20 push ups and full duck squats! So just keep at it! Give it your best, eat clean and you will see results, but dont expect results over night ( dont expect to see a 6 pac in 1-2 weeks)

    You will gradually improve in your strength and fitness over time by doing these, but to get the total package you have to eat the right way too! Diet is much of the equation! -  I did this workout last year on may 5 2012, and my time was 16:02, today I did it in 13:18!!!

    I'm totally out of my breath..... this is probably the hardest workout for me. I've just completed this with my 5 kg dumbbells ( time - 18:04) and I just don't want to see them for next 24 hours !!! Great workout :) thank you so so much Zuzi :-*
