Breath of Fire 3 Part 68 - Syn City

Nina, Ryu and Garr arrive at Syn City to find a bloodbath left by Rei in his rage. One of the gang men mentions that Rei was looking for the boss of Syn City, Mikba, to exact revenge on him for the past. Mikba, however, escaped to the Northern Checkpoint before Rei could get to him. We pursue the two and find them just before the battle turns ugly.
