Now, muscles pull the food you eat down, not gravity, hence why you can drink even while standing on your head.
I imaging you can get some minor belching though, since your stomach is enclosed by "valves" and gravity keeps the content at the lower valve (which goes to your intestines).
So since the contents of your stomach randomly floats around, it may hit the upper valve once in a while, and if you swallow at the same tame, that content can exit that valve.
