Thank you for replying to my comment :) I made the pie and it was deeelicious! I was worried about the meat as it was frozen pre-cubed beef that needed to be used up, and I thought it might be tough and chewy, but because I let it simmer for 2 and a half hours it melted in the mouth and was very tasty :) Thank you so much! x

I have been asked to make a pie for dinner tonight, and I am definitely going to make this now! Your videos are so easy to follow, even easier because i'm also from England and can get all the ingredients :) Also, thank you for telling us which Gas Mark to use, as most recipe videos don't tend to tell me and I get confused!
