McCartney & Mills settle divorce

Mar. 17 - Former Beatle Paul McCartney is ordered to pay his ex-wife Heather Mills 24.3 million pounds ($48.7 mln dollars) in their divorce settlement.

As part of the deal Mills was awarded a lump sum of 16.5 million pounds and assets worth 7.8 million pounds. McCartney and Mills' split was fought out under a remorseless media spotlight with McCartney pitted against the outspoken Mills. Lurid tales of Mills colourful past appeared in British newspapers. Mills hit back, saying she was driven to the brink of suicide because the media branded her a "whore" and "gold-digger."

I think there should definitely be a custody battle! Paul needs to get his little girl away from that "nut case" - there is obviously something wrong with her!!!
