15.4.2008 Thank you, youtube for putting me on the frontpage. Someone suggested I should write subscribe in big letters on top of this video and my channel and I would get tons of subscribers. It's becoming more and more a race on here. To me numbers don't matter, it's the people that do. I'm really thankful that there are people out there who watch my videos and if one or two enjoy them it's even better. I'm especially happy because the featured video has some of my friends in it. They did a wonderful job on the poem, so feel free to check out their channels and subscribe to them. Enjoy the day, Love Anna.
The Poem "The Raven" is perhaps one of the most well known poems in american literature. This is how some of your favorite youtubers present it. Each youtuber had a stanza they had to present in a creative way. Here are the links to the profile of the people involved, in the order of appearance.

none of you tubers have any idea how to render this verse. doesn't mean that some of you won't in the future. in the meantime, boring and really not worth a minute let alone almost eleven. i'm reminded of the child buskers you see at christmas, proud parents standing by while the kid annoys one and all with their inclination to play the violin. not their ability. try it again. pick a few of the best people, ensure all read and understand the text, then give it a go. respect your audience....
you havent watched it to the end...watch it to the end and tell NONE? What about the 4th stanza for instance 1.37-2.00 it's absolutely brilliant or like 4.44 (10th stanza); yes some people had language difficulties but everyone did a good job...It was good enough for the youtube frontpage
it has nothing to do with language difficulties. i watched it through and am still concerned you think it so "brilliant". no sense of meter or observation of line endings where the sense could be salvaged. it just ends up as a bunch of words. take the criticism and work on it again or you will just come across as an arrogant wanna-be. and sorry, you're probably not qualified to recognize a "good job", from a terrible one.
