@77MyEsha I think you should wait until the English vocaloid 3 singers come out, because in vocaloid 3 you can play the instrumental along with the voice

Hi there. Loved your video. Im thinking of getting Vocaloid 2. I write my own ballads using a Yamaha keyboard, and have written lyrics, but dont have the voice to sing. I build up track by track using the artifical instruments of the keyboard until I have a completed instrumental backing track. My question is this: After I have put the completed intrumental recording onto my computer in wma format, can I then simple paste this into the Vocaloid programme, and build my vocal lyrics up over this?

Nope, you can't simply paste the WMA into Vocaloid.
Instead, you have to Rewire it into a DAW (Cubase, FL Studio, Sony Acid, etc..).
Just use the Vocaloid Rewire VST to sync with your DAW.

FL Studio + VST is around 2gigs
Vocaloid depends on the vocaloid singer, some are 600mb.
I don't have links for them.
Only the DVS guitar is a freeware, but it requires a host ( FL Studio ) to work.
