In case this isn't a troll, you can kill finder from the command line (something like 'killall Finder')
I don't remember what you do for the watchdog, I think it involves renaming the Finder (backrow) binary temporarily. I have no idea about running the full Finder.

So I cannot replace the mach Kernel with the Semthex Kernel.

@czarcats tried pathfinder to exec new ones cause finder uses Kernel Injection and pathfinder doesn't ?
