When the sound comes out, it sort of "locks" for a second but then the cube is not in a symmetric position (as it should). I already tried different cubes... did I mess up my camera? what was the right way to take the flashcube out?

please HELP! I recently got a Polaroid Colorpack II and I put a flashcube for the 1st time, took 2 pics, then I didn't know how to pull the cube out, So I turned it the opposite way to see if this would let me take it out.. I ended up pulling it out.. was this the right way to do it? now everytime I put a cube (new) and try to turn it (as instructed) it doesnt stop in a fix position as before. It also makes a clicking sound for every turn.

Can you explain to us novices what is the darken/lighten switch for and how to use it on a colorpack II? What is the equivalent of the darken/lighten switch on a digital or manual camera? maybe you could do another video with the answer?

@RecordGuy3434 Hi, Yes it does. You want Fujifilm FP-100c (color) or FP-3000b (bw). A few films have been discontinued but occasionally you can still find packs - Fujifilm FP-100b (BW) or Polaroid 664 (bw)

Hi, is the color pack better at taking pictures compared to the EE100 Special /ProPack/ Reporter? I ask because I like the fact that is uses 2AA batteries. Thanks

@buggiala The EE100 Special / Pro Pack / Reporter all take a similar image compared to the Polaroid Colorpack II camera. All use AA batteries.

I recently got a Polaroid Colorpack II and I have FP-100C loaded in it. I have the ISO set on 75, no flashcube, exposure on "lighten", but when I'm outside taking a photo during the day, the picture comes out nothing but black (p.s. there's no lens cap or anything or at least nothing blatantly obstructing the view). Am I doing something wrong or is it the camera or film?

@rheemix Hi, Sounds like the camera is not getting power. You must have batteries in the camera in order to get an exposure. Check the battery compartment and make sure there is no corrosion.
