One of my favorite condos in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Located in Phu My Hung, District 7. What it lacks in luxury it more than makes up for in air quality and proximity to parks and quiet city streets. Price range is moderate for the area. About 2km from Saigon Paragon mall and FV Hospital.

If you tour apartments on a weekday evening, you'll definitely perceive the air quality difference here.

At the end of the video, I said "Canh Vien 1" when I meant "Canh Vien 2".

  • Yes, but I wouldn't recommend buying one until you really know your way around, and how drive properly through insane traffic! By all means, don't ride a bike without a proper pesticide mask. The air is very harsh in some areas. And watch out for corrupt cops...

  • u still live here Sam???????????

  • @schicktd If you own a company, you can get a car. If you do not have a residency permit, you can get a scooter registered in the name of a local. A decent used motorbike runs about $ 400. Motor bikes can be rented for $70 per month depending upon the shop -as high as 170 USD /month. Knock off stickers are a hot item. A good set of Honda stickers or Martin 107 (bike) stickers can often be found on knock off motorbikes/scooters/bicycles. A new bicycle is 800 000 vnDong ($45 usd) / Used $22

  • PMH has cleaner air than the rest of the city.

  • Nice video, I like your perspective about living in Saigon. Keep up good work.
