I am 53 years old, 5 ft. 8 inches, 170 lbs. I have put mine back on it's wheels twice by myself. Back to the bike, one hand on the handlebar, the other on the rear passenger grip and lift. Just use your strongest muscles, your back and legs. These young guys prove that it takes more than just youth and strength to get your bike upright again. Using the correct technique can get an "older and wiser" guy out of a jamb by himself.
More of a leg press or squat really. Nothing worse than putting a bike down and not being able to get it up again.
