Phoenix Police Officer Richard Chrisman was arrested and charged with second degree murder after fatally shooting 29-year old Danny Frank Rodriguez.
Rodriguez had asked for the officers' warrant before Chrisman lost his temper and opened fire on Rodriguez and his dog.
The second officer, Sergio Virgillo, is claiming Rodriguez posed no threat to Chrisman.
An investigation is ongoing.

There's videos all over youtube. How many incidents have occurred that were not recorded? Or not posted on youtube? Hey, I'm offering a position of authority. It comes complete with a taser & a gun. Your word will always be taken over the "bad guy's" word. If you beat, rape, or murder someone, the only investigation that will occur will be performed by "Internal Affairs", & you will automatically receive a paid vacation. Gee--I wonder if criminal types will apply for this job?

where have you guys been all your lives. all cops turn a bad situation into a worse situation. cops love to escalate things so they can be authoritarians and take control. they never listen to reason, its their way or the highway. i am from arizona and am very familiar with this story. it is pos jack harris that causes this shit.

@ThePodpie I know cops that are great cops. In the north precinct of Seattle, all the cops are friendly.

@maverick10241 You say 'it's no more than the cops do' Lets be better than the cops and live with more integrity and honesty so that when they do something wrong to us WE will be the ones that are believed and trusted. Keep track of what they do, be accurate and honest always when talking about them or reporting something they've done wrong. Do not let them get away with any of the many corrupt and ethically bankrupt things they do. Just be 100% honest in what you say so you'll be believed.

@maverick10241 that is the same thing what happned to a co-worker,his brother was murdered by Fairfax County VA police.I simple traffic stop turned into a blood bath,it took them 2 years to fire him! no charges were ever brought by the Department for this cop.But just because they fired him doesn't mean the US Justice Department hasn't notice as to what is happening in the shadows of our nation's capital. They WILL CLEAN HOUSE,look up their dirty track record of covering their asses Youre.

@ThePodpie I don't think thats true, I know a lot of good cops, but as well there are more bad ones out there than good ones, which comes in every job.... What we need to do as people is start making things better.... think out side the box, cause with your attitude nothing will change, think about it.... :)
