Okay I Believe You Derek...

This was one of the hardest videos I've EVER had to make. EVER. I hope you all enjoy it, otherwise my efforts might just be fruitless...*sniffle*

The plot:

Derek reasons with Casey that in order to keep their relationship properly hidden and his rep in perfect order they both need to 'see' other people. Casey tries, while Derek appears to have too much fun. Casey gets jealous and tries to see extra hints in his attitude to the other girls that would lead her to the conclusion that she is really his one and only.

She begins to doubt him and his feelings for her through the relationship. They fight constantly and she starts to threaten to tell Kendra and Sally what's really going down but he kicks her out of the house before she says a thing to Kendra.

Then he tells Casey again, that they are too 'controversial' to have others know about their secret. He reassures Casey through a text message that she is better than the girls he is dating.

He tries to get her in a good mood in the kitchen, not noticing Nora, but Casey does so she just kinda gives a fake smile in case her Mom asked anything later as to why he was being so nice.

But Casey is still holding on to her grudge despite his attempts to make her happy.

It hurts to always have to be mad at him for wanting to keep his rep. She hugs him when he comes to her door whispering his 'I-love-you's'

So Casey tries again to find someone to 'be with' but that doesn't work and Derek's getting a tad jealous too so he continues to go after Sally and Casey sees it and yells at him when Sally leaves.

They get home late and are caught by Nora and George but they really don't suspect anything going on between them. Just wondering why in the heck they were out so late. Casey and Derek both run upstairs cause they are retarded and always act so incredibly guilty because of their secret.

He tells Casey to stop worrying so much. Stop thinking, start feeling. She tells him that the only way she will stop worrying is if they quit the game/charade and just told everyone. So to prove his love for Casey he tells everyone. Not just the parents. But everyone. George and Nora are upset and the kids at school can't stop laughing at them.

Casey's upset that they are being teased and he's like, "You are the one who wanted this." Casey just wants to believe that it will work out in the end.

So Casey goes to George and Nora with Derek and they argue out reasons why they should just let them be in love. After the fight Casey goes to Dereks' room.

The ending is the parents decision about Casey and Derek.

The different colors represent the out-of-place relationships. Derek and Sandra is green. Derek and Kendra is red. Derek and Sally is blue. Casey and Max is supposed to be purple. Casey and Noel is orange. And Casey changes colors in the one scene because of all the different relationships that she doesn't want going on anymore.

I think you're one the few who can spark my dasey interest after a long time of maybe despising the show. Hey, the whole Truman, Derek & Emily thing really ruined the show... AND the movie? Don't get me started. I just hope Ashley and Micheal star in some romantic movie together sometime soon. They have chemistry.

@SeaterFan AWWWW I Would huggle you right now if you werein the vicinity. >.> And season 4 was a total shit-bomb. I am not even about to disagree. I wish the other seasons were as high a quality though. It reminded me of HP, and how the first movie was kind of half-assed and now it's all high tech cause its a valuable franchise. *Groan* The movie was a total rip off of dirty dancing because Ashley was in the play. And it really makes me happy that you think so fondly of my art! : )

On Sony Vegas, you go to Mask Generator on the video fx list and use Blue screen mask. You can really only use this with the blue screens on the show. check mark the box that says invert when you are looking at the effect and toggle the low in bar for the amount of transparency you want. Then of course, put a clip below it so it is ontop of it. And voila. Do you have SV?

that was the best derek and casey videos i hav seen... it was really well done nd i got it without readin the plot first...the story was really good and the editing of the video was brill, it went well with the story and the lyrics of the song.. love it so much x

yeah i do vid, i've been watching them for years and then decided i really wanted to make them too. i only started 3 days ago tho so im still getting use to it lol and i only have wmm. i have 2 lwd vids out so far, one a dedication to derek lol and the other a dasey. check em out if you want to, i'd love to have your honest opinion xxxx
