that palkia is a shiny there are no reprints in call of legends but there are shinys if you take a close look between two palkia cards the one you got from call of legends and a palkia from dimond and pearl great encounters you see a diffrents in the coloration its hard to tell sometimes but you can see the diffrents sorry bout my spelling and the fact that my comments are super long so yeah btw your saying groudons name wrong and you arceus wrong ( ar- key us) shinys FTW!!!
