@tkhushrenada Thanks. Hold the weights in the front like in the top of your biceps curl position. Then do your squat. Since the weight is shifted to front, it's called front squat. Enjoy the workout and sweat. Your body will thank you.

Great workout Cary. I just discovered your videos last week while searching for a dumbbell circuit training workout. Have you considered putting these videos onto a DVD? If you did, I'd definitely be interested in purchasing for my workout purposes.
