Hey RetSquid, I have a book for you to read, Its called The Internal Revenue Code Title 26. Read it and become enlightened, but don't attack people who have read it and know the REAL truth, it makes you look bad.

RetSquid, yes YOU do have to pay federal income tax on any Naval retirement income. You do have to pay it on anything you do not directly work for in a personal employment capacity or connected to the privilege of working for the federal government. If you disagree explain the law that requires MOST American citizens to pay a federal tax on their personal employment. An employment guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution in the Bill of Rights as well as the 10th, and 14th Amendments. I'm waiting . .

Ret Squid, I'm an old Jarhead and I know the truth. I make money in exchange for my time and knowledge, which is not taxable federally. I do pay all taxes due by me. If you want to voluntary give the government a portion of your money go ahead. But, if you believe any non-federally connected money is owed by State citizen's your are wrong, dead wrong!!
Try reading once in awhile. . . It may hurt at first, But you will feel better as your mind develops.
