  • I just finished formatting my book for print using this guide, and it was incredibly easy and the results look fantastic. Users should note that italics and bolding, if any, will be lost in the copying to and from a txt file, but I had already marked my italics with a special character notation (for ebook formatting), so it was easy to find them all.

Really wonderful tutorial. Thanks so much for putting this together!
