Thank you sir! You are so helpful... Sir I am going to make a recipe like that. Silt 10 parts, Clay 1 part, Coconut bark 1 part. because we have tons of tons coconut bark available here and it will serve for me better than peat moss. I read many article over the internet many gardeners are using this for organic soil. but before adding it to tank. they soak and dry the stuff approx: 2 week for better results they dry it direct sunlight. If I'll success I must show you the results. thanks.

@patif35 all depending on the type of wood gotta think the tank will be around 300 pounds when done, do you know what kind of wood it is?

Dear sir thanks for reply! Actually, I am not so rich to buy commercial products which are sold on-line, I am really interested in low teach planted tank. there for i asked you to use Silt from River banks because most gardening stores in my area selling this stuff for planting and it is the only choice for planting here. I have read an article about how to mineralized soil so if I use silt/clay mix as bottom layer of tank how will be this substrate for plants, like Valls, Cobmba, Amazon Swords.

great video! only suggestion is to use a microphone or do a record your audio separately because its a little difficult to hear you over all the background noise and the fact that cameras don't have the best mics anyways lol. I am about to build an acrylic 50 gallon (36x18x18) and do my first dirted tank!
