@retrotails I tried what you said, it made my game run a bit faster, but there's still times where its kinda slow. What do you mean by revision?

Hello! I set up the emulator exactly how you proposed and the game still runs at 25-30 fps most of the time on my 3 ghz q6600, even at 512x512 internal resolution. What CPU and emulator revision were you using? If you have a 4ghz Sandy Bridge it's no wonder it runs 100%.

@TGCG3DS The main menu is slowest, strangely, and it varies level to level. This level is actually very slow compared to others. Anyway, I have an i7 870 that overclocks (by itself) to 3.5GHz (When cool enough, which it always is. Its 2.97 i think normally.) PCSX2 only uses 2 cores, so the other 2 were used by the recording software so its almost the same exact fps I normally get. I use many different revs, i think this might have been the official 0.9.7 or 0.9.8 though it doesnt matter much

Hello, I was trying to do what was instructed in the description but when I looked in the GSdx.ini It did not have any "AllowHacks". The only ones I saw that mentioned hacks was
UserHacks_AlphaHack=0
UserHacks_HalfPixelOffset=0
UserHacks_SkipDraw=0
Would appreciate the help. Thanks.

@DJRodneyTD There should be "allowHacks=1" right below that, but you can just change the ini to this:
UserHacks_AlphaHack=0
UserHacks_HalfPixelOffset=1
UserHacks_SkipDraw=1
I'm not sure if AllowHacks needs to be enabled or if you can just do it through the ini, either way you might be able to add the AllowHacks=1 line to it. What revision are you using?
