@ricie4 Akuma would still win. he has one form that he hasn't unleashed. That is his Oni form. Since there is no sprite of it, he cannot transform to that form and he can't control that form. He can go berserk at that form because that is when the Satsuinohado completely takes over him. But you're right. Chameleon would've won.
