Jacked up rates and lousy service??? This MP is way off base. Service is better than ever and rates are cheapest as they have ever been.

@partyhouse88 What are you talking about, Bell and Rogers are running quite the game here. And Usage Based Billing is an anti-competitive measure that assures that they're jacked up rates can be jacked up even more. Have you ever had a prolonged service outage and had to deal with either ISP in getting it resolved? It's like pulling teeth from a spoiled and over privilege rotten mouth.
