The "where do you get your ideas from" line is a terrible line of questioning, it's true.
-
I would watch late night talk shows like Leno and Letterman more often if there were intelligent conversations like this instead of "so how was your summer?" all the time.
-
whys the interviewer asking questions about good ideas and imagination like they are some alien thing we need to understand the secret to?

this is a great interview, very natural and actually interesting

at 8:26 Larry ALMOST does a "spit take" - awesome!

@Bak3dB3an religion is bullshit no matter how much you know about it
-
lol he's hilarious, but he knows nothing about what God is, so he shouldn't really be talking about it. He can explore it and then maybe talk about it.
Religion is something rather different. THAT i can criticize.
Very strange how people can watch the same Video and come away with opposite impressions. Some in this forum call the interviewer unprepared, but I thought his questions were not only very well prepared, but insightful and provocative. He even improvised well in response to Larry's answers.
The only criticism could be that he is mildly nervous and unpolished.
What seems to drive most of the criticism is the posters' need for familiar pretty faces asking stupid questions.

I agree. Good questions.
A bit unpolished yes, but that is because the interview was not extensively rehearshed ahead of time (scripted) , as it is on major television shows.
