  • Excellent drill! very good defense to being attacked in a seated situation as well. (Should really be practiced from both sides as you can be attacked from either side). I thought it was important to emphasize the leaning head back to protect against a backfist. (would work equally well against a cross, haymaker or hook though.) Probably killer workout for the legs as well. sweet drill.
