This time i took the liberty to remake the helmet in poster board. I had to so i could bondo it, or fiber glass it. Depending on how things go, i can also tinker with some lights that go on your head and install two of them on the sides, while the switch is on the back. (i might be crazy enough to install a fan.

w/ pep. I used both, I applied a coat or 2 of resin and then added bondo afterwards... works pretty well,

Bondo is not strong enough. its cracks easy. You are better off with fiberglass resin. And you should buy pre-wired LEDs off ebay, for more accurate looking lights

He's using bondo to make it stiff. Bondo is a bit like resin. I think, I'm not using it on my armor so I don't know.
