my friend just randomly bought this game for me outta the blue on steam - i got the first one, and i was just wondering what this one was like/about - it looks similar to skyrim... what's the difference?!

Loved this game. I actually liked the main character, which was a huge step up from the main character in the first game. The DLC is also really good.

@Febeleh well, i got both games, Oblivion and Skyrim, and of course Skyrim is way better than oblivion, everything is improved, graphics, combat, character moves,.... of course i am not looking just graphics, only graphic whores do it, I look at everything else. So if Skyrim its a much better imrpoved Oblivion in all senses, thats why enay other rpgs looks like an indie game ;)
