Pizza Hut "Top This" Contest Grand Prize Winner Giancarlo Dittamo

A lot of people have been asking me if I won. The answer is yes. Last week I was decided as one of the grand prize winners along with 5 other contestants. Today (February 2nd) you may of seen the video that the Hut released featuring a man traveling to LA to record and shoot an official commercial. Out of the 6 winners, 2 people (I think) were selected, flown out, and were given this ability. I am greatly sorry if anyone was expecting me to be the new face of your favorite pizza chain. Unfortunately not everything works out the way you expect it. As I knew, the voting process was an entertainment value only, it was really cool to see you guys go in there and vote me to the top. Even though some expectations weren't met, this contest and my video I created (entirely myself) has allowed me to show people what I can really do. I love entertaining people, being creative and of course making music. I hope in the future my talents will take me to doing this on a full time level.

Once again, thank you for your support. Continue to spread the word of what I do. I can not be more grateful. Now I'm going to go figure out what to do with a years worth of Pizza Hut... - GD.

The contest is over! Thank you everyone who voted and shared my entry. Your support was incredible and I can't be more grateful. This week has been amazing for me and made this year, 2012, look so bright. I hope to continue to entertain you, bring you new music and projects like this (hopefully on a larger scale) in years to come. Even though I may have come in at #1. It's not over.
