  • Watched this video as part of our biomechanics class. Been hearing of him for a few years now. Nice to finally put a face to the name

  • @purestride He does say, if you push medial to the joint axis the foot is going to invert and if you push lateral to axis the foot is going to evert, but he pushes the lateral side first then the medial side so yeah it does look a bit confusing

  • At 8:12 and onward,I think he is incorrect. He is pushing the medial plantar heel and saying the foot will evert but you see the heel inverting....confused
